Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Let total cheese is 1

Cheese is divided in 24 equal parts = 1/24

Per cheese Now will be = 1/24

On Monday,   Sold = 6/24

On Tuesday, Sold = 7/24

(Note I think you wrote 97/24 by fault as it is not possible)

Let On Wednesday store sold = ?

Store has left = 3/24

ATQ

Monday sell + Tuesday Sell +  Wednesday Sale = Total - 3/24

\frac{6}{24} + \frac{7}{24} + Wednesday = 1 - \frac{3}{24} \\\\\frac{6}{24} + \frac{7}{24} + Wednesday = 1 - \frac{24-3}{24} \\

\frac{6+7}{24}  + Wednesday =  \frac{21}{24} \\\\\frac{13}{24}  + Wednesday =  \frac{21}{24} \\\\

Wednesday = 21/24 - 13/24

= 8/24

OR 1/3
