Answer:WE KNOW THAT THE RATE CONSTANT DOUBLES EVERY 10 KELVIN INCREASE IN TEMPRATURE

AT 280 K, RATE CONSTANT =  k2

AT 290 K, RATE CONSTANT =  2*k2

AT 300 K, RATE CONSTANT =  2*(2*K2) = 4*k2

THEREFORE,  AT 300 K,  k1 = 4*k2
