As we know that any chord is perpendicularly bisected by the line from centre of circle.
So, AD=DB= 4cm
As ODB is 90°( OD is perpendicular to AB), Triangle ODB is a right angled triangle.
Now,
(OD)²+(DB)²= (OB)²
(3)²+(4)²=9+16=25=(OB)²
OB=√25= 5cm
Thus radius of circle is 5cm.
