hello mate..

it means it contains 32.8gm chromium out of 100 gm

so 67.2g chloride is also present

so mole contains = for chromium 32.8/ 52 = 0.63

for chloride = 67.2 / 35.5 = 1.89

so comparable mole :- divide by least mole

for chromium = 0.63/0.63 = 1

for chloride = 1.89 / 0.63 = 3

so empirical mass = Crcl3

please follow me if it helps u
