Let the radius of one circle be R
and the radius of another circle be r
Acc.to question
πR^2=πr^2×100
R^2=r^2×100
R=√100r^2
R=10r
Ratio of their circumference,
2πR/2πr
R/r
put R=10r
10r/r
10:1
so the ratio of their circumference is 10:1
