:A circle of radius 3cm is cut from a square of side 10cm.What will be the area left after cutting out circle.​

Answer:

area of square = side × side = 10 × 10 = 100 sq.cm

area of circle = πr ^2

= 22 / 7 × 3 ×3 = 28.28 sq.cm

area left = 100- 28.28 = 71.72 sq.cm
