Thelengthsofthetangents,fromapointtoacircle,

areequal.

Therefore AB = AP, BQ = BP, BP = CP

Perimeter = AC + AB + BC = 2(AB) + BP + PC = 2(AB) + 2(BQ) = 2(AQ) = 30 cm
