What is the differrence between touhing and forming intrcept?

The radius =8 so can we solve the eqn of circle by the points 0,3 and 8,0

Equation of a circle touches the Y axis at (0,3) is

(x-a)^2 + (y-3)^2 = a^2

x^2 + y^2 — 2x×a- 6y + 9 = 0

since the length of intercepts on x axis of this circle is 8 unit

(a^2-9)=16

a^2= 25

a=5 (a>0)

Required equation is x^2+y^2– 10x-6y+9=0
