Answer:current through the circuit will be 1A

Explanation:

V=IR

I=V/R ..........(i)

here 2 source of 1.5v each

So total supply voltage =2×1.5v =3v

R= 3 ohm

Put the value in the equation (i)

A circuit contains two 1.5 volt batteries and a bulb with a resistance of 3 ohms.

Now, let's assume the batteries to eb arranged in series and in same polarities.

So, net voltage becomes = 1.5 + 1.5 = 3 V.

Now, current will be :

i =  \dfrac{voltage}{resistance}

 \implies i =  \dfrac{3}{3}

 \implies i =  1 \: amp

So, current through circuit is 1 ampere.
