Radius = 140/2 = 70 cm

Area of whole carpet = πr²

= 22/7*70*70

Radius of inner portion = 70 - 20 = 50 cm

Area of inner portion = πr²

22/7*50*50

= 7857.14 cm²

Area of stripped portion = 15400 - 7857.14

= 7542.86 cm²
