here's ur answer...
given the radius of of the circular clock face is 7cm.
area of the clock face = πr²
= 22/7×7×7
= 22×7
= 154cm²
radius of the clock along with the frame = 7.7cm
area of the clock along with the frame = πr²
= 22/7×7.7×7.7
= 1304.38/7
= 184.34cm²
hence area of the frame = 184.38-154
= 32.34cm²
