Hi there !!

A circular field has a circumference of 360 km three cyclist start together.

Time taken for 1 cyclist 1 = 360/48 = 7.5 days.

Time time taken for cyclist 2 = 360/60 = 6 days.

Time taken for cyclist 3 = 360/72  = 5 days.

We know that, 1 Day= 24 hours

I am converting days into hours,So that we can easily take the LCM.

Cyclist 1 = 7.5 ×24 =>180

Cyclist 2 = 6×24=>144

Cyclist 3= 5×24 =>120

Here, LCM of (180,144 and 120) = 30

So, they will meet after 30 days.

We can done this question by various method.

Thankyou :)

HeRe Is Your Ans

*****

Ans :-

 \fbox{30} Days

Given :-

➡48 km / day = 48 ÷ 24 km / h = 2 km / h

➡60 km / day = 60 ÷ 24 km / h

➡72 km / day = 72 ÷ 24 km / h = 3 km / h

To Find :-

When all the 3 cyclists will meet at starting point

Solution :-

➡Time = Distance / Speed

➡Time for 1st cyclist = 360 ÷ 2 = 180 Hrs

➡Time for 2nd cyclist = 360 ÷ (60 ÷ 24) = 144 Hrs

➡Time for 3rd cyclist = 360 ÷ 3 = 120 Hrs

➡Least Common Factor of 180 , 144 And 120 = 720 Hrs

➡Total Time taken in days = 720 / 24 = 30 days

Hence , After \fbox{30} days , all the 3 cyclists will meet at starting point
