Radius of a circular flower bed = Diameter ÷ 2
36 ÷ 2 = 18 cm
Radius of flower bed and path together = 18 + 4
= 22 cm
Area of flower bed and path together = 18 × 22
= 396 cm
Area of flower bed = πd
= 22 ÷ 7 × 36
= 113.142
Area of path = Area of flower bed and path together - Area of flower bed
= 396 - 113.142
= 282.858
Therefore , Area of path is 282.858
36 ÷ 2 = 18 cm
Radius of flower bed and path together = 18 + 4
= 22 cm
Area of flower bed and path together = 18 × 22
= 396 cm
Area of flower bed = πd
= 22 ÷ 7 × 36
= 113.142
Area of path = Area of flower bed and path together - Area of flower bed
= 396 - 113.142
= 282.858
Therefore , Area of path is 282.858
