diameter of flower bed,d=66m
radius of flower bed or inner circle,r1=66/2=33m
radius of outer circle (which includes flower bed and circular path), r2=r1+width of path=33+4=37m
area of path= area of outer circle-area of flower bed =>Πr2^2 -Πr1^2
=>Π(r2^2-r1^2)
=>3.14(37^2-33^2)
= 879.2m^2
