Area of the road = area of garden including road - area of garden
= π(49²-42²)
=π(2401-1764)
= 3.14×637=2000.18m²

1 m² cost =15
2000.18 m² will cost=30002.7 rupee

Area of the road = area of the bigger circle - area of small circle

Radius of smaller circle = 42 m
Radius of bigger circle = 42 + 7 = 49 m

Now, π(49)² - π(42)² = 637x 22/7 = 2002 m²

Total cost of constructing the road = 2002 x 15 = Rs. 30030

Hope This Helps You!
