The radius of outer circle = 24.5 m

The area of the outer circle is

$A=\pi R^2$

$A=\frac{22}{7}\times 24.5^2$

$A=1886.5 m^2$

Area of the path = A-a

Area of the path = 1886.5-1386

Area of the path = 500.5 square meter.

The cost of graveling rupees 4 per square meter.

The cost of graveling is  $500.5\times 4=Rs.2002$
