Solution:

Given that,

A circular ground has radius- 56 m

Find the area of circular ground

Area\ of\ circular\ ground = \pi r^2\\\\Area\ of\ circular\ ground = \frac{22}{7} \times 56^2\\\\Area\ of\ circular\ ground = 22 \times 8 \times 56\\\\Area\ of\ circular\ ground = 9856\ m^2

Find the area of circular ground including road :

width of road = 7 m

Radius = 56 + 7 = 63

Therefore,

Area = \frac{22}{7} \times 63^2\\\\Area = 22 \times 63 \times 9\\\\Area = 12474\ m^2

Find the area of the road

Area of road = area of circular ground including road  - area of circular ground

Area of road = 12474 - 9856

Area of road = 2618

Thus area of road is 2618 square meter
