A circular has a circumfrence of 3140m with ab as one of its diameter scooterist moves from a to b along the circular path with a uniform speed of 10m/s find its distance displacemet and time taken by scooterist in reaching from a to b

Answer:

  • Distance covered = 1/2× Circumference

1/2×3140 = 1570 m

  • Displacement = Diameter AB

Circumference/π

3140 / 3.14 = 1000 m

  • Time taken = Distance by speed

1570/10 = 157 seconds
