A circular hoop of wood of mass M and radius R rests flat on a friction less surface. A bullet of
same mass M moving tangentially to the hoop and in the plane of hoop with a velocity V, strikes
the hoop and gets embedded in it. The thickness of hoop is much smaller than radius of hoop. With
which angular velocity [ hoop + bullet ] system rotates after the bullet strikes the hoop
