A circular lamina of 4 cm radius rests on a layer of viscous fluid of 1 mm thickness. A force of 0.2 N is applied in horizontal direction keep it moving with uniform speed of 4 cm/s. What is the cofficient of viscosity of the oil?

Maybe we can apply the formula for Viscous force

Viscous force =(coefficient)*Area*(dv/dx)

So

0.2 = (Coefficient)*(π*(4*10^-2)^2))*(4*10^-2/1*10^-3)

And you can find the value of Coefficient of viscosity of oil.
