Therefore, area of the road = 15400/100
= 154m sq.

For finding the area of a circle, we use the formula: πr^2

Therefore,

154 = 22/7 × r × r
2r = 154 ÷ 22/7
2r = 154 × 7/22
2r = 7 × 7 = 49
r = 49/2
r = 24.5

Therefore, the radius of the circular road is 24.5 m.
