Radius of ring = 35 cm

Therefore it's circumference will be -

2 \: \pi \: r

 = 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 35

 = 220 \: cm

Now if the ring is divided into 5 equal arcs, length of each arc will be -

220 \div 5

 = 44 \: cm
