This is due to the secretion of the adrenaline gland.

When a person faces a difficult situation th adrenaline gland is stimulated and homones like adrenaline and non adrenaline are secreted. This causes the increase in the heart rate due to which a person feels anxious. Because of this sudden actions like shivering and forgetting things we're about to speak occurs.

Confidence should be built up to avoid these kind of situations.
