A class of 50 students have an average of 65 in an examination another class which consists of a 30 student have an average of 75 find the overall average score

There are two classes,
1- A class of 50 students with an average of 65 marks.
So total marks stored by 50 students = 50×65
= 3250

2- A class of 30 students with an average of 75 marks.
So total marks stored by 30 students = 30×75
= 2250

So overall total students = 50+30
= 80
&
Overall total marks scored = 3250+2250
= 5500

So overall average score = 5500 ÷ 80
= 68.75
So the answer is- Overall average score is 68.75
