Given:

Length of classroom(l)= 10 m

Width of classroom (b) = 6.4 m

Height of classroom (h) = 5 m

Floor area given to each student = 1.6 m²

Let the total number of students be x.

Area of floor of a classroom = Total number of students × floor area occupied by each student

l × b = x × 1.6

10 × 6.4 = x × 1.6

x= (10 ×6.4 )/1.6

x= 10 × 4 = 40

Total number of students accommodated in the room is 40

Volume of air in the classroom = Volume of classroom =l × b × h

= 10 × 6.4 ×5= 320 m³

40 students got 320 m³ of air

1 student would get air = 320/40= 8m³

Hence, Total number of students accommodated in the room is 40 & each student will get 8 m³ of air.
