= 2 × 2.7 (6.8 + 3.5) + (6.8 × 3.5)
= (5.4 × 10.3) + 23.8
= 55.62 + 23.8
= 79.42m²
Total cost @ rupees 12 m² = 12 × 79.42
= Rupees 953.04
