volume of cuboid is = l× b × h
so the outer dimension = 5cm ×4cm×7cm
inner dimension = (5-2) ×(4-2)×(7-2)
= 3×2×5
volume of wood used=outer +inner dimensions = 140+30= 170
so the outer dimension = 5cm ×4cm×7cm
inner dimension = (5-2) ×(4-2)×(7-2)
= 3×2×5
volume of wood used=outer +inner dimensions = 140+30= 170
