Induced emf will be 0.04 volt

Explanation:

We have given inductance L=5mH=5\times 10^{-3}H

Current is changes from 0.1 amp to 4.1 amp

So dI=4.1-0.1=4A

Time taken to change in current dt = 0.5 sec

We have to fond the induced emf

Induced emf is given by e=L\frac{dI}{dt}=5\times 10^{-3}\times \frac{4}{0.5}=0.04volt

So induced emf will be 0.04 volt
