According to the circumstances mention in the question, the copper coil will stay stationary.

Because,the electromagnetic magnetic effect of the displacement of either coil or the magnet only works when the coil is not insulated and the magnetic field directly gets contact with the electricity field of the coil.

But here the copper coil is insulated,and that's why the coil will stay stationary.
