a) 6/5 - Probability of getting three TAILS

b) 7/5 -Probability of getting two TAILS and one HEAD

◆Probability of getting a HEAD = 60/100 On simplifying, = 3/5

◆Probability of getting a TAIL = 1 -(3/5)

= 2/5

◆If event is done one after the other, probabilities get ADDED

◆Probability of getting three TAILS= 2/5 + 2/5 + 2/5=6/5.

◆Thus,

Probability of getting two TAILS and one HEAD= 2/5 + 2/5 + 3/5 =7/5.
