U can do this question by using inverse proportion & putting in values for the variables in the following manner:
let
v=10
r=10
R=20
using inverse proportion
v × r = R× X
10 ×10=20×X
100=20×X
100/20=X
5=X
now with the formula:
X=v(r/R)
=10(10/20)
=10×0.5
=5
