Answer:

Probability that they belong to different institutions =

1-probability thatbelong to same institution

no of ways so that they belong to same institutions =5

total no of ways = 84

probability thatbelong to same institution = 5/84

probability that they belong to different institutions =

1- 5/84 = 79/84

attaching solution

(answer would have been different if all three are from different institution in that question no of ways would have been 24 & answer : 24/84 = 2/7)
I Hope it will help!
