Total no of ways in which 5 people can be selected from 10 women and 6 men = 16C_{5} = 4368

Total no of ways in which a committee of 3 women and 2 men can be formed = 10C_{3} + 6C_{2} = 120 \times 15 = 1800

Probability =  \frac{1800}{4368} = \frac{75}{182}
