a communication satellite of mass 300 kg orbits(goes around) the earth at a height 35000 m. Given that mass of earth= 5.98 x 10 power 24, radius of the earth = 6.4 x 10 power 6 and G= 6.67 x 10 power -11 N m/squared kilometers find (a) How far the satellite is from the centre of the earth. (b) the earth's force of attraction onto the satellite.
Thanks to whoever responds, bcoz I'm very weak in physics

(a) How far the satellite is from the centre of the earth.

-     6.4 x 10^6 m

(b) the earth's force of attraction onto the satellite.

-     w=mg

        = 300 * 10

        =3000N
