Solution :

Total ratio = 5 + 7 = 12

• Share of Kumal = 5 = 5 / 12

• Share of Ravi = 7 = 7 / 12

To find Share of each :

= Amount × share of ratio / total ratio

⟶ Kumal's Share :

= 3,60,000 × 5 / 12

= 18,00,000 / 12

= 1,50,000

∴ Share of Kumal = 1,50,000.

⟶ Ravi's Share :

= 3,60,000 × 7 / 12

= 25,20,000 / 12

= 2,10,000

∴ Share of Ravi = 2,10,000.
