The company issued 10,000 shares of Rs.10 each

On Application, company received the below amount

On 9,000 shares Rs. 3 per share was received = Rs. 27,000

On 1,000 shares Rs. 10 per share was received = Rs. 10,000

So total amount received on Share Application was

= 27,000 + 10,000

= 37,000

The journal entry for this would be

On First & Final call
