THE DAY WHEN I MEET MYSELF
Answers
If I get to meet the past me, I won't tell myself not repeat the same mistakes that I have made in the past. In fact, I would tell me this:
“OK, yes it's a mistake. I know it's a mistake, but there are certain things in life where you know it's a mistake but you don't really know it's a mistake because the only way to really know it's a mistake is to make the mistake and look back and say 'yep, that was a mistake.' So really, the bigger mistake would be to not make the mistake, because then you'd go your whole life not knowing if something is a mistake or not. And dammit, I've made no mistakes! I've done all of this; my life, my relationship, my career, mistake-free. Does any of this make sense to you?”- Lily Aldrin, How I Met Your Mother.
I am a better person today than I was 3-4 years back. I am much more smarter and confident, all of this is because of the mistakes I made and the lessons I learned from them. If I had not made a particular mistake in the past then I would have not learned the lesson from it and maybe years later would have repeated the same mistake again. It's better to make mistakes and learn from them at an early age.
“Here's the thing about mistakes. Sometimes, even when you know something's a mistake, you gotta make it anyway.”- Future Ted, How I Met Your Mother.
I will try to teach myself the lessons that I have learned.
1. Love Yourself.
2. Block the negativity.
3. Stop worrying about others.
4. In the end, no one will be there for you except your family.
5. Destiny will happen whether you plan it or not.
6. It’s a bad world, don’t lose faith and stay strong.
