1. Varun likes to eat pizza that he buys from a shop. It is made of refined flour, lots of butter
and cheese. He often complains of indigestion and constipation. Today, his mother made a
pizza at home by cooking a pancake from whole wheat flour and tomato pieces, paneer,
chopped onions, capsicum, corn and olives on it and baking it.
