Mass of compound=41.65 grams

Mass of chlorine=14.18 grams

Mass of metal=41.65 - 14.18 = 27.47 grams

%metal =

 \frac{mass \: of \: metal \times 100}{mass \: of \: compound}

%metal = 27.47×100/41.65

%metal = 65.95%
