a computer system was designed to have a good latest processor and l/o devices however the designer of the computer did not put any ram in it .the computer does have a hard disk of 1 tera byte .Will this computer be able to excute programs ?explain giving justification in supports of your answer

If you don’t have ram the computer won’t respond so grab some Gskill trident z ram. And with this ram included you can run any program but the processor should be compatible with the ram and other parts and I would recommend the amd ryzen 1400x processor as it is only 856 rupees on amazon
