A concave lens has focal length 3cm. At what distance should an object be placed so that it forms an image at 10cm from lens.
Also find its magnification

In a concave lens the position of the object does not matter.

No matter where you place the object the image will always form between the optical centre and the focus and the image is always diminished. Therefore it is not possible for a concave lens with focal length 3cm to form an image at 10cm from the lens.
