First of all,

Object distance=20 cm

Radius of curvature=24cm=R

Therefore,

(2/R)=(1/f)

f=12cm

Then,

(1/u)+(1/v)=(1/f). [Put value, calculate]

=>v=30cm.

Linear magnification=h=v/u=30/20=3/2=1.5

Therefore,

Image is virtual(due to concave mirror), upright(because v has a positive sign) and magnified(due to linear magnification, being more that 1).
