There will not be any change in the focal length of the concave mirror. As the light ray comes from water and gets reflected in the same medium, there will not be any change in the focus point.
Where as the focal length of convex lens will become 4 times. As light ray will nowbend from glass to water....the degree of bending will be less than when light was bending from glass to air.

Answer - In case of spherical mirrors (both concave and convex), there will be no change in the focal length of the mirrors when immersed in water. This is because the focal length of mirrors does not depend on the external medium in which it is held.
