Answer:

Hey there✌, Here is your answer ⏬ : ]

===============================================================

Given:

u = -10 cm

v= ?

f = -15 cm

Applying mirror's formula:

\frac{1}{v}+\frac{1}{u}=\frac{1}{f}

Solution :

\frac{1}{v}+\frac{1}{-10}=\frac{1}{-15}

\frac{1}{v}=\frac{-1}{15}+\frac{1}{10}

\frac{(-2+3)}{30}

\frac{1}{30}

V = 30 cm.

Hence, we get enlarged image, virtual in nature having magnification 3.

Explanation:

Focal length-10cm

object distance- -15cm

image distance-?

using of lens

1/F=1/u-1/v

1/v= 1/15-1/10

1/V=1/-30

magnification-h¹/h

-15×-30/-15

- 30

the image is inverted and real.thus the image formed is real, inverted and enlarged.
