here is ur answer

we know that m=-v/u

and u is always negative

so, m=3

u=-10

3=-v/-10

= v=3×10

= v=30 cm

now given maginfication is -3(real image)

now we know , -v/u= -3

given u= -10cm

then , -v/-10=-3

or -v/10=3

or v= -30 cm

so image is located 30cm from the mirror on same side as object
