Given:

The charge is -2q

The radius of the sphere is 2r

To find:

The charge flowing between them b

Solution:

The conducting sphere

C=2C

Q1= q

Q2=-2q

The potential between them is

V=Q1 -Q2/2C+C

V=q+2q/2C+C

V=3q/3C

V=q/C

Now Q'=C.V

Q'=2C.q/C

Q'=2q

The charge flowing between them is

Q1-Q'=q -2q

=-q

The charge flowing is -q
