A conductor carries a current of 0.4 Ampere. Find the amount of charge that will pass through the cross section of the conductor in 1.5 minutes. How many electrons will flow in this time.

★ Formula to be applied is

I = Q/t

where, q = ne

n = number of electrons

e = charge on electron

I = ne/t

n = I × t / e

n = 0.4 × 1.5 × 60 / 1.6 × 10^-19

n = 2.25 × 10^20
