Cone and cylinder have same base means their radius is same

let radius be = r.

let height of cone = h1

&, height of cylinder be = h2

since we know

volume of cylinder is

Pi r^2h2

volume of cone is =

1/2 Pi r^2h1

equating both we get

h1/h2 Pi r^2 / 1/3 Pi r^2 = 3
