Hi,
i ) dimensions of the cone is,
Height = h = 8.4 cm
Radius = r = 2.1 cm
ii) let the radius of the Sphere = R cm
According to the problem given,
Volume of the Sphere = volume of
the cone
(4/3)πR³ = (πr² h)/3
R³ = (πr² h × 3 )/(3×4×π)
= (r² h)/4
= (2.1 × 2.1 × 8.4)/4
R³ = 2.1 × 2.1 × 2.1
Therefore,
R = 2.1 cm
Radius of the Sphere = R = 2.1 cm
I hope this helps you.
