maximum cone height=14cm since side of cube is 14cm
diameter of cone=14cm
r=14/2=7cm
s.a of remaining solid after cone carved out=l.s.a of square+csa of cone
=4a^2 +pie×r×l
=4×14^2+22/7×7×15.6
=784+22×15.6
ie. surface area of solid is=1127.2cm^2

rrrr29: yeah sorry..i did a small mistake there
rrrr29: i realised just now
rrrr29: when we take lsa of cube u have to do (lsa+area of square)
rrrr29: and the rest is same
rrrr29: so technically it wuld be lsa of cube+ar. sq.+csa of triangle
